Currently using this app, works great for mobile & desktop view.
Customer support is also quick (via email). We required the widget to be positioned in-line with the header however our theme was not supported, customer support edited the theme code and helped us quickly.
Easy to set up, nice customer service team, they answered me very quickly. Would recommend this app.
If you're wondering about using Mlveda for apps, do it. We have a heavily customised template and Amrish has gone the extra mile to integrate this app into our platform. When we have a request, it is usually handled within the same day. The app works well and the service is the best you will find!
