About this app
Surprise and delight your customers with a different product every month
autoMate allows you to sell a surprise and delight subscription programme, offer free gifts to reward loyalty and offers the ability to setup and run true quarterly subscription programmes. autoMate listens to webhooks from Recharge and uses them as a trigger to perform an update to the next queued order in someones subscription. The app is for ReCharge customers only and features are specific to merchant use-cases.
- Monthly Product Swapping - Give all subscribers a new product every month
- Gifting - Give customer a free gift based on their Order Sequence number
- Fixed schedule swapping - Swap the product in an order based on a fixed schedule
- Shipping Windows - Define the next order date based on when the order is placed
- One off swaps - Swap to a refill product automatically after the first order

We have been using autoMate for quite some time now, and we would heartily recommend this app for anyone that needs it.
We run a bespoke subscription at Corgi Model Club, and autoMate helps us send a different collectible Corgi Car to thousands of users every month. Without this app, our lives would be a lot harder.
It's also worth mentioning that we have had many direct conversations with the team, who have helped us directly with onboarding and inplementation of their technology, as well as continued supprt whenever we've needed it.
