We found the widget functionality obnoxious for users. It will reopen on every page view if users don't accept or decline cookies and in order to fix this feature you need to pay for their enterprise plan. This crucial of a feature would be relatively easy to add but is intentionally being put behind a paywall and is the epitome of everything wrong with modern tech companies.
Other apps have this feature baked into the program and are a fraction of the cost.
Customer support was kind and helpful, Judy was great. Just a major bummer that the app and pricing are set up this way.

We’d like to clarify that this was a misunderstanding and is NOT related to our app’s pricing. The banner reopening behavior is a built-in feature designed to comply with legal requirements, ensuring users actively provide consent before cookies are set. This is a regulatory necessity rather than a pricing limitation, and currently, there is no setting to modify this behavior within the app. However, we can offer a customization solution at no additional cost to achieve your request.
Additionally, the feature that was suggested as an upgrade does NOT actually address your request. This was a misunderstanding from our support team, and we sincerely regret any confusion it may have caused. Judy has acknowledged the mistake and has taken this as a learning experience to improve future guidance.
