I am so glad that I discovered Avis when creating my online store. Whenever I have had questions or there has been an issue, their team has stepped up quickly to resolve the issue in a timely manner. They have also taken the time to make tutorial videos catered to my specific needs so that I can create necessary changes on my own. Having access to your tech time this way is invaluable! Highly recommend!

I am a person who likes to do things well and leave everything as good as possible. This app has helped me a lot to create product variants just the way I wanted them, each one with its own image so that the client can choose by looking at the final model, and being able to separate it into different related steps to make a final version that has already gone through 4 or 5 decisions by the client. It has also helped me to give the product a great launch when it exceeded 100 variants (Shopify's limit). I will continue to use it and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get their store up and running. They also have great customer service, I would say 24/7 (they have always responded to me on the fly)... I must especially mention the attention of Aylin and Emily, who have helped me a lot and have committed themselves to solving any problem that may have arisen between the app and my store. Now complex products are a fun and rewarding challenge to solve!

Using Avis Product Options makes adding variations to my products quick and easy. It is very simple to do and makes my products look professional and well thought out.

This app has always fixed Shopify Product Option Limitations for us allowing us to customize our products for our customers. Also Emily and Kiera the Devs team did an amazing job fixing a compatibility issue for us so we were back up and running in no time!

Avis Product Options has really helped diversify our store options, and allow us to carry brands with larger customization option that we would have been allowed to use if we just stuck with shopify options.

I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but I ran into several obstacles to achieving it. The Avis customer service, and Emily in particular, was extremely helpful and patient, I talked to her for about 1.5 hours, but she managed to make my vision come true! 5 stars in every way!

It's early days with this app, but the amount of customisation options are great and the help I have been receiving to get the most out of the app has been brilliant, responsive and solved any problem I've had. I'm yet to have the app go live in my shop as we are transferring from a previous product options app - but I am really excited to see it in service.

Avis is great tool for shopify to expand your product customisation options! I use it across 2 websites and started around 2 years ago, it’s easy to setup and use and with the support that I received from the Avis team client team and dev team has been tremendous and especially Aylin recently who has been super supportive with my query which I got updated about every couple of days as the issue was getting resolved. 10/10

The app looks fantastic and offers excellent functionality and a high degree of customisability. While there may be a few minor adjustments needed to make everything perfect, you can count on their customer support team. They are not only dedicated to ensuring you get exactly what you need but are also incredibly responsive and efficient.
