A lot of work to setup it to discover that when you change the color in the app, the pictures doesn't change the color too. Besides, it creates a mess in your Packing slip.

Hi there — thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry the setup felt like a lot of work and then didn’t behave the way you expected. I understand how frustrating that feels.

A quick clarification on what you’re seeing:

- The color/image change feature in Avis is designed for the front-end product page experience (what shoppers see while selecting options).

- After checkout, Shopify will always use the original Shopify variant image for Shopify Admin order view and packing slips. That’s Shopify’s default behavior, and right now there isn’t a way to replace those post-checkout images with option images.

That said, the selected option values are still saved correctly on the order — only the image shown in Admin/packing slip remains the variant’s default.

The app is uninstalled long time ago, but still they charge my account?

I ended up uninstalling this app, just due to the constant frustration of the "support" team informing that an issue was resolved, that actually wasn't; and they dragged it on for 3 DAYS!!

I've been VERY understanding and patient and I don't feel VALUED as a customer from the support team.

There are so many more apps with so many features, even included in Free plans, that I could use and that's exactly what I'll do!

The support team didn't make me feel "supported" as a customer. The issues that this app was reflecting on my LIVE site has caused so much confusion with my customers and IM SO OVER IT!!

This app has wasted my time entirely!! UGHHHH!!!!

The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.

La aplicación es buena para la parte de venta online, pero no tiene una verdadera compatibilidad con el POS, tiene bugs y es muy inestable, no la recomiendo para usar con shopify POS

THIS APP CHANGES AND REDESIGNS YOUR ENTIRE WEBSITE!!! It changes CSS style colors and adds fields that have the default Shopify text in them. It does it WITHOUT WARNING!! You have to have a paid plan to modify it. It changed my entire site and thankfully disappeared when I uninstalled it.
