I had an issue with some options on my website, and Vivian and dev Henry were very helpful and friendly and fixed this issue for me really quickly. This app has been great for products with too many options or adding more advanced options, I would definitely recommend it to other store owners.

The app offers all the features we need and more. With thousands of products and varying levels of customization and personalization, we require a flexible and reliable solution.
Before selecting Avis, we tested several other options. This app stands out as one of the few that supports conditional logic based on Shopify variants — not just conditional logic within the app itself. It also handles product bundling with additive pricing per piece(s) selected.
We’ve been equally impressed with the Avis support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anne, in particular, has been wonderful to work with — quick to respond and collaborate on tailored solutions to our requests.
I have been using this app for 2 years now. Had some issues in the beginning but bugs are always fixed quickly. Great functionality too

Amazing app, the support is next level, I recently had some issues with prices updating with additional charges since I started using a third-party landing page builder for my product pages but Vivian and Dzung sorted out the issues for me in around 5-10 minutes, insane Value, great team to work with. Super helpful support team. Work with you as you ramp up. Willing to make customizations and patience with a new user. Most feature rich product options plug-in I've experienced within the Shopify ecosystem to date.
App is great. We have used for both product options and for ways to quickly inject messages into the templates. We can select which products we want the messages to appear on. Also, segmenting by customer profiles is really handy. The support team are extremely helpful (thanks Sam).
