Customer service is quick and extremely helpful. They even offered to help me with styling. I just wish there was an easier UI for the styling of elements.

Everything about this app and support team has been great. The only downfall is that it's not compatible with express pay checkout or "buy now" options.

Thank you for your constructive review about our app and I am really sorry for your experience with the "Buy it now" button.

However, there is a thing that I would like to explain about the "Buy it now" button incompatibility. We found that the buttons are not working well with the app since we tested it with our addcharge feature in the product page, at that time, we tried to find the reason for this. We then found that it is because of the app code is not working well with this button logic, thus we suggested hiding the Dynamic button in the Product page to prevent any issue with the order price. Then, the Dynamic button can still being used in Cart page and Checkout page, which is only a step away from Product page and the customer can review the product there.
At the moment, we are still working relentlessly on the buttons in Product page so the experience when using the app will be the highest and we will make notification when we can work with this button.
Please rest assured that our dedicated support team is at your service, ready to assist you at every step. We are more than willing to provide the guidance and support you may require.

I previously edited the code in the theme code for a personalised text box which was fine. But this app enables you to do far more, design, create more then one text box, placeholder text etc. They also helped me with a feed into order printer app, so i can bulk print orders off. Before I had to print off orders one at a time using the manual coding method. Only issue I have found was if an option has an additional cost, that cost is only added if paid via the cart/checkout process. You will need to switch off dynamic payments as it will not add any extras that way. I have instead created variants for these options that have additional charges which gets around the issue and still have paypal apple pay etc. Communication and help: I have needed support even on a bank holiday and they have gone into my site and sorted any issues out very quickly. Some apps may say they work and not have any issues but until you need support you dont know how good they are. these guys have been fantastic. Speed: This app is worth a slightly slower load time, testing has showed ranges from 200ms to 800ms which the guys are working on for me. The fact customers can clearly input their options will increase conversions.

The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.
