Been using this app for less than 24hrs and I am already impressed with just the customer service! I sent a chat and received an automated message saying the office was closed and they would get beck to me in a day, not even 30 seconds later and I get a message from Andrea! She was able to help me, give me a code block and accurately tell me where to install it all in less than 7 minutes. The quickest IT Help experience I've ever had.
They don't have SKUs for options but that customer service was IMMACULATE and made me stay just off that.

Hasta el momento todo va muy bien con la aplicación, estamos haciendo pruebas para agregar un nuevo tipo de producto a nuestra Tienda en Línea y solo podríamos hacerlo con el apoyo de la App.
Al momento tenemos algunos detalles y dudas sobre el funcionamiento de la App, pero HENA nos ha estado apoyando para solucionarlos.
