I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one.

I really didn't want to have a separate portal but Emma quickly helped me understand the flexibility of the app to use net terms solution without using the portal.

Emma has been amazing helping me to set things up - it wasn't entirely intuitive but I think that's because there are so many configuration settings. But once you get the idea it makes a lot of sense!

The features on this app are awesome, they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose, I needed custom features for my new website and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. I was greatly helped by Emma and the technician (Nguyen Tien Hau) who communicated in an excellent manner, they understood what I needed and with minimal explanantion they fixed my issues. I tried to download other B2B apps prior to finding these and they had useless features that made using them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.

Joy Nguyen, Nguyen Tien Hau and Trinh Viet Anh were all fantastic with the extra functionality we needed to be added to this already excellent app.

The communication with the team was clear, and fast and helped us to achieve what we needed. We needed to get the number of default addresses for each account increased from 100 as a lot of our B2B customers can have up to 500 unique shipping addresses.

Setting up our wholesale store this app has some great functions and was easy to install. So far any issue or even little customisations have been done and solved. Super happy so far and and can't wait to finish the last bits to see the final result - update will follow if needed. I had a great first introduction to BSS. Emma (the support team) called me & introduced the B2B Portal system for me. After this great introduction I decided to try it. As Im not a good tech, I needed help to fully setup the system, and the whole team was very quick & easy to work with.
I specially want to thank tech Minh Tri & Hoa Xuan Duong. The whole system fits our needs, and I like that the clients have easy access to B2B prices as well as our B2C clients. So we didn't need to redo everything into to collections. We have used the systems of BSS for 2 months soon, and we are very happy with the functions. It fits our needs today. Thank you again for doing everything for us - & a major thanks for redo everything when we redesigned out new theme ;)

The tool works seamlessly which is great. The support is next level to boot. I had quite a few customization requests and Jonas and his team took them on quickly and they look and work perfectly. My requests weren't exactly simple either - such as changing functionality of check boxes on items in the order form and completely moving objects. If you are using the wholesale app and want a self-serve option for your reps/customers, this is a great add on.

I've been in touch with Emma for the last week and she's been very responsive and very helpful with my problems. B2B portal and B2B solution are very well made apps that have helped me with all my needs. Thank you Emma, Leorio and Ly Tuan Linh We are transitioning to wholesale and account member discounts only and since there's so many elements to this app, customer support is essential. Emma has been the greatest support through this transition even helping me make changes, as well as educating me on how to navigate the app. The best thing about it all is that Emma is extremely prompt with her replies through chat and as a business owner this is very important if you're going to be paying for an app.

Awesome app to run wholesale orders through, super easy to set up. I had one small problem but Jonas and Hoa Xuan Duong from customer/technical support helped me out quickly and efficiency. Would highly recommend!

As of right now, there are a total of nine five-star reviews for the “B2B Portal/Net Terms” app. While this may be a newer app, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. 9 out of 9 happy happy customers, and we are now the 10th! Great app! I promise that you will not be disappointed when working with B2B. Customer service has been the best! I mentioned a few things to Stephanie that would make using the B2B program even better for us within our store. She then met with Tuli (tech programmer) and the rest of the B2B app team. They immediately went to the drawing board to turn my recommendations into a reality! Where else do you get that kind of customer service without someone trying to charge you? The B2B team has been amazing and has gone above and beyond my expectations! If you have difficulty setting up the B2B app, let them know, and they will set everything up for you! You can request a screen share meeting with B2B or go back and forth through their chatbot or by email. They are very responsive and on top of everything! I would give them a higher star review, but I cannot give them more than a five-star review. Hats off to Stephanie, her tech engineer named Tuli, and the rest of the B2B team. The “B2B Portal/Net Terms” app is phenomenal for anyone wanting to set up B2B within their website. B2B's apps have been phenomenal!
