I set up B2B without much experience. I ran into a couple issues that I thought would make me hire a freelancer to figure out. But the customer service with B2b blew my mind. The only downside is that the app doesn't inherit the site's theme styling, so manual customization is needed to maintain visual consistency. With better design integration, it would be perfect — but overall, it's a very solid solution for boosting admin capabilities.
