Still getting charged after uninstalling due to issues with the app
We have no rights to charge after the app is uninstalled—Shopify automatically cancels any active recurring charges. However, due to Shopify’s billing cycles, you may still see charges on your bill after uninstalling. These are not new charges, but pending or prorated charges from the previous billing period.
Multiple times recently, we have had outages that have lasted several days.
I don't know if they plan on dropping support or something, but I would stay away and go with something else. You can't trust it.
We are sorry for that you faced a trouble because of some temp issue, but we support our users 24 hours. Please let us know where you sent a request for support so that we can resolve it asap.
