The app is so user friendly that you don't really need customer support. The one time I did need them, customer support responded very quickly and had already tested the issue to find a solution before responding. There was no need for me to repeat myself multiple times they way I do with other support services.

App was working brilliantly, a customer notified of an issue and the developer was straight on it and then the app was working brilliantly again straight away, this app is really helpful to our business and was so easy to install on our website, being able to see what people are waiting to restock has helped us focus on what stock is popular!

Multiple times recently, we have had outages that have lasted several days.

I don't know if they plan on dropping support or something, but I would stay away and go with something else. You can't trust it.

This app works perfectly! It’s simple, effective, and totally free —exactly what I needed to notify my customers when products are back in stock.
I had a small issue and the support team helped me immediately. Fast, friendly, and super efficient. Highly recommended!

I love this app! It's easy to use and looks good in my shop. I import shoes from my supplier on order, so it often happens that a certain style or size is sold out temporarily, but will be reproduced and available again in the near future. This app makes it way easier for my customers to get notified when these products are back in stock again at the supplier; and it makes it easier for me to track my customers interests.
Their support is also very quick and helpful! Definitely recommend this app :)

We like the app very much and it works great so far. With the new update everything runs smoothly. The support is fantastic and responds really quickly to every question ask. Would recommend.

The support team has finally assisted us with the issue we had been experiencing with the app for the past 15 days. We have the paid version, and although we initially did not receive a response to our emails, the app now seems to be working correctly. We appreciate the assistance.
