The support team has finally assisted us with the issue we had been experiencing with the app for the past 15 days. We have the paid version, and although we initially did not receive a response to our emails, the app now seems to be working correctly. We appreciate the assistance.

Yes, you are correct there was some server issue and it's been resolved but we have sent an email to all our users about it.
