Tried the app it just does not work at all. We have decided to cancel our trial. They kept us hours on the phone and result was nothing. Very unhappy.

Was super easy to set up and I even got them to create a physical backup and send me the link, so I had a copy. Great work.

Excellent backup app with proactive customer support. I was just installing and customer support contacted me just to ensure all was well. So far it’s backing up as scheduled. Having worked in IT and Information Security for 30 years, one of the foundations of security is a good backup system.

I am absolutely thrilled with the "Backups" app for Shopify! It has made my life so much easier and has given me such peace of mind knowing that my store data is constantly being backed up.

The app is super easy to use - I can create backup copies of my store data with just a few clicks, and I can even schedule automatic backups on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This means that I never have to worry about remembering to back up my store manually, and I can have confidence that my data is always protected.

But the best part? If I ever make a mistake or accidentally delete something important, I can easily restore my store from a previous backup. This feature has already come in handy on a few occasions and has saved me so much time and stress.

Great peace of mind. I'm so glad I found this. When I modify code I wondered how I could back up to a working version if I messed up something. This is the answer. It isn't git, no version control. But it's saved us a few times.

Finally an app that does what you expect it to do. It seems trivial, in reality it is very rare. Many apps require you to learn from a complex knowledge base and perform time-consuming tasks after installing them. Backups from BackupMaster, on the other hand, the only thing you "have to do" is click on install button: from then on it backups the site without headaches; then, if you want, you can set a frequency and whether to save backups on the cloud or receive them via email with a download link. That's it.

I havent tried to restore my store yet but generally it works fine on my end. I hope it will work the same way in restore process.

Installed this app yesterday, did a backup of a whole store, hopefully nothing ever goes wrong with the store but with this app I added a new layer of security so I can have a peaceful mind and be sure everything is backed up on another place and to be able to restore the whole store even if some unexpected problem occurs. Worth every cent and the prices are really affordable.

One thing I do not want to worry about is a catastrophic error. My site took weeks to set up and perfect and the peace of mind knowing that it is backed up lets me sleep at night.

Everyone needs to know that there is no backup plan on shopify store in general. If you delete your products by accident or add some unusual app that kills your store there is no way back without a backup app.

Hopefully, I will never need it but at least I know it is there if I do need it.
