This is one of the apps you will always need. I had the other Backup app that was super confusing and super expensive. This one does the job and has saved me a ton on getting my site backed up.
Great product with great support. What more can you ask for. I had some questions re exporting a local backup and Marina was super helpful. A++++

I made a programming mistake and needed a full backup. I let the backup run overnight and, before I realized that there was a problem, they contacted me to say they were working to fix it. Some items had not been restored properly. They worked diligently and quickly to resolve the problems to my satisfaction.

I needed to restore 7 products that were accidently deleted when we removed an app, Backup came through and allowed us to restore all of them very quickly.
Great cost efficient app from a number of Shopify backups. It has no impact on site speed and runs nicely in the background. Would highly recommend.

Came across this app when we updated a theme and it caused our site to fail. We realised we would need a backup service who could quickly restore a last known good version of the site quickly and easily, backup master provide this and first rate support from our manager Marina, would highly recommend

Insurance and backups are only needed when something goes wrong. And nothing breaks or goes wrong, ever. Right?
Um... until it does.
After using Rewind for many years, I decided to give BackupMaster a try because I like the user interface and the cleanliness of the process.
And today, for the first time ever, I discovered an error (self inflicted/user error) on a collection - and BackupMaster "simply" restored the item to the restore point.
Done.
BackupMaster gets 5-stars for quality UX and it just works.
Don't NOT have a backup tool.
