Love this app, it has saved me from near disaster once prior due to a developer accidentally killing a key component of our site. We simply couldn't live without this app!

I lost all of my blogs about 2 months ago, with just the click of the wrong button. I found out about Rewind and they took the time to help me figure out how to recover many of the blogs that everyone else said could never be recovered. Rewind is now backing up all of my work and I don't have to worry about losing any of them again. THANK YOU! Rewind!

Having checked around Rewind Backups is the only app that truly backs up everything in your store. Thankfully, I've not had the need to use the backup files, but I can attest to how easy it was to set up and when I've had queries the team get back to you very quickly. Rewind is an insurance policy against the day it happens - you hope it never will but it's worth the fee to know that if anything did go wrong you can restore your store immediately.

I haven't had to use it yet, so I don't know how easy it would be to reinstall everything. Hopefully I'll never know.

One thing it does for me, is give me a more secure feeling that I have some safety in place. You never know when you'll need it.

The product works perfectly. I have deleted my own items accidentally and had to go back and restore them. It only takes a second and when something doesn't work I can easily contact support. I can highly recommend this app
