Love it. Rewind is cheap insurance in case something goes sideways. Hopefully you never need it, but if you do need to recover from anything, you'll be more than happy to have it. Two or three clicks and everything is back to the way it was. No getting in touch with your IT team to try and restore a recent backup (if you even have one available), little downtime, no fuss.

Rewind is a cloud backup service. We make continuous backups of your store data, which you can view and restore from within the Rewind app.

It sounds like this is not what you were expecting when you installed Rewind, and that you are looking for a downloadable copy of your store data. We understand the desire to have an extra copy of your data, so for that reason, we offer backup exports on request.

Our online store is huge with thousands of products and variants with new products being added everyday. I'd hate to lose all this data if somehow lost or deleted. Great piece of mind knowing that all site data is now backed up and kept safe if ever needed.

One of the worst backup app, Hard to navigate, to do everything you need to contact support, which is never available. They respond you in 2-3 days. Even to export your backup data you need to contact support, Highly disappointed.

With Rewind, we can feel safe that our store data is always being backed up. We back up our theme code with GitHub, but didn't have a way to back up our products, collections, etc. Rewind provides a hassle-free service that does exactly what we need!

I would recommend Rewind because it works great and very easy to use. But, not less importantly, I got excellent customer service from Shelby who as good as held my hand through some challenges I was facing and made sure I was getting the best service and value for money!

Excellent app for backing up our Shopify websites data that isn't done by Shopify! Easy to use, runs like clockwork, and has great support when, rarely, needed.

Backups may not seem helpful at first glance, however it becomes your only savior when things have gone sideways. Just like insurance, it's not useful until you need to use it - and when you do, you'll be glad that you made the investment. This app is very easy to use - you practically don't have to do anything for it to help save your orders, customers, products, photos, and settings of your website. Their team is also very responsive and friendly - they provide actual customer service where you feel that they value your business.

Accidentally deleted our blog posts and was able to restore them! I contacted support and they helped me right away. The help and support is amazing and they even followed-up to make sure everything was good. Great and friendly customer service!!!

App used to work and it has stopped working. We are back and forth with customer service for the last 1 week and no luck. What is the point of paying an expensive fee and the dev team doesn't have a clue?

So far, so good! I didn't find the plan I wanted right away, so I contacted support. The rep was very helpful and made my plan available right away with some excellent advice about our growing business and how the plans work. She also gave me a great tip about another of their apps I plan to get!

Glad I discovered this app before going live. Peace of mind now knowing any data loss due to human error or random acts are covered and reversible simply by using Rewind. I luckily haven't needed to use REWIND to restore my site and data but knowing that for $10 a month I'm covered, its great! The support team is helpful and available. This is the cheapest insurance I pay for. Thank you Rewind!

This app does not rollback the things it needs to roll back- we have tried to rollback 3 different times and it does not restore blogs correctly nor does it restore product quantity correctly. We are not waiting around to find out what else it does not restore correctly- we can restore our items better than this app. Additionally, we are not "discussing" this either as we cannot possibly be the first to complain about or have these issues.

I am sad to read that you've had a negative experience with our app. I can assure you that we help many merchants recover lost data daily and we boast a high rate of successful restores. In the event that restore results are not optimal, we work 1:1 with the merchant to get them back on their feet.

Oftentimes, a "correct" restore is different between stores. For example, some merchants want Rewind to restore product quantity, while others prefer we don't. We're actively working on making our app more adaptable to varied restore expectations, and I would personally welcome the opportunity to learn about your restore expectations.

Multiple times now my Shopify store has had the strangest problems. Recently all the products in the store had their second product image disappear. Ive got more than 2000 products so scrambling to find the images and re-upload would have been hell. For some odd reason the other day I looked up this app and downloaded it. Used it twice ever since and its been nothing less than a godsend. Backups aren't a joke. This app takes it seriously. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of reasons to like this app. 1. Backing up is a seamless and easy experience.

Great peace of mind for the price. Its worth paying this small monthly fee to make sure everything you've worked hard to build up remains reachable should the worst case scenario arise. Luckily I haven't had to use the service yet other than to test it, but I'm glad it's there. Thanks

I have a new store, but the 7 day free trial is only available for the 39/month option. 3/month and 9/month options are for some unknown reason not available. I am not sure why am I "not eligible" since I don't any orders, which is less than 20 order limit for the lowest package... Looks like a nice trick to pretend to be an affordable app.
Also, chat support is a robot that keeps asking for email. This is not a chat support, it's an email support.
Red flags for me, I will not pay for this app.

This app is excellent. People don’t understand that nothing is backed up by Shopify so the Rewind app provides peace of mind in the event of you deleting items or a developer gone crazy. I would highly recommend and the support is one of the best ever!

I took the app in good faith.... Be aware that it does not back up everything as said... It does not back up Oberlo (at least) so any issues like i have just experienced will wipe out your store... For anyone thinkingg of getting this app or you have it already, be aware of this problem and check what you need before installing it.... Its flawed

I am sorry you've experienced issues with your store recently. There are many things that can go wrong when selling online. At Rewind, we are committed to protecting against as many types of data loss as we possibly can.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we cannot backup and restore data from other third-party apps. So you're exactly right - we do not backup Oberlo, the dropshipping app you use.

We make no claims to back up the data in third-party apps like Oberlo. Right here on our app listing, we outline what we can backup, and third-party apps are not listed. To be extra clear, in our help center we list everything that we cannot back up.

No matter where you store it, losing data that enables you to sell online is brutal. I hope that my explanation here can help you understand why Rewind was not able to bring back your Oberlo data.
