I haven't had to use the restore functionality (knock on wood) but the app seems good at consistently backing up our store and keeping me abreast of exactly what the deltas are from one backup to the next.
This app makes me feel safe, I don't have to worry about making mistakes now.
Rewind is a MUST HAVE for shopify and Big Commerce. We recently moved to Shopify and have used it on both platforms.
