I would recommend Rewind because it works great and very easy to use. But, not less importantly, I got excellent customer service from Shelby who as good as held my hand through some challenges I was facing and made sure I was getting the best service and value for money!
Once we found out that Shopify does not backup our data, we saw the great reviews for Rewind Backups on the Shopify app store and installed it. Very easy to install and it works great to give us peace of mind. Any questions we had about what information on our site is and is not backed up were answered quickly by support.
Really impressed by this app, it’s ease of use and peace of mind. Remember that Shopify doesn’t automatically back up your store! Hard recommend.
