Enable local 'Same-Day' delivery for your Shopify store

Do you ever wish you could get your products to your customers even faster without sacrificing sustainability? With banbutsu Courier you can connect your Shopify store directly with local delivery experts with bikes, cars or vans - whatever the safest and most sustainable option is for your customer's order.

How it works

Whenever a customer’s delivery location is in the same city as your pick-up store or warehouse, we will display the ‘Same-Day’ option right next to your other shipping options. When the 'Same-day' option is selected, banbutsu will receive, process, and assign the order to a local courier. We will send SMS updates when the product has been picked up and a confirmation once it's been delivered. banbutsu integrates seamlessly with your existing checkout experience, as well as your order management process.

Supported cities

We operate in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a.M., Hamburg, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart with new cities across Germany being connected frequently.

The location of your shipping store or warehouse has to be in a supported business area and your products can’t exceed certain weight and dimension criteria. Find a reference in the media library below and follow the setup guide after installing the application.

banbutsu Courier App requirements

To install the App, your store must have Shopify's Carrier Services.

Carrier Services is free if:

• you're on an Advanced Shopify plan or higher - or

• your Shopify plan is paid annually (10% savings if you switch to annual)

If you are on a monthly plan, you can still get Carrier Services by paying an additional $20 a month on top of your regular bill. Note that additional fees, including monthly subscription fees, will be billed in US dollars and are subject to government tax and other prevailing charges.
