Die Abwicklung von Bestellungen ist total genial mit Banbutsu. Einfach auf Fulfillment drucken und der Rest geht von alleine :) Die Support und Fahrer sind zuverlässig und es macht einfach richtig Spass, eine Same-Day Service anbieten zu können!

Banbutsu is MUCH more than 'just a delivery app', the SERVICE they provide is outstanding! They truly care about their customers, and the service works amazing with their local partners. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We have been using banbutsu Courier for a few weeks now and are extremely satisfied with the tool. The installation works without any problems and without much technical effort. The drivers are automatically booked via the tool and then simply pick up the parcels from the warehouse. So far, we have only received positive customer feedback - for the customer, a real alternative to services like Amazon Prime.
Funktioniert wirklich gut und reibungslos und lässt sich sehr flexibel anpassen. Bei Fragen ist der Support per Email, Telefon oder Chat jederzeit erreichbar und super engagiert. Kritik wird positiv aufgenommen und die App wird ständig verbessert.
Wir nutzen die App nun seit 6 Monaten und sind sehr zufrieden.

I only tested the app because we wills start golive in a few weeks (I will give an update). At this point: Brilliant and superfast service, including updating the code for a special request we had. In the test-shop it works directly without any errors - So I am exited to use the app in a few weeks in live-mode.

Our clients love banbutsu's same day delivery. So far we have made only good experiences with the provider. Our products have always been picked up on time and have been delivered safely to our customers - within the same day. At first we were a little unsure about the pricing per delivery. However, it turned out that the clients are very much willing to pay a little extra to avoid waiting for their Gin. :D Finally, for us as a rather small and young business, the eco friendliness and the "support-your-local-vibe" of banbutsu deliveries was great material for ad-campaigns.
