I am thrilled to share my positive experience with the Beprofit application. After experiencing some issues with adding shipping profiles, I contacted their customer support and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response and willingness to solve my problem.

Their customer support team worked closely with me to understand the issues I was facing, and they quickly provided practical solutions to solve the problems. They also updated their application to include the option to add shipping profiles once again, which greatly improved my management of shipping costs and various delivery channels.

Now that the issue has been resolved, I can say that the Beprofit application is an extremely efficient and user-friendly accounting tool. It offers advanced features for billing, transactions, and general accounting, while remaining affordable for small businesses like mine.

I am very satisfied with the Beprofit application and I highly recommend this application to all entrepreneurs and professionals looking to manage their accounting efficiently. An absolutely amazing product that is so incredibly versatile. In my experience it beats "competitors" (if you can call them that, because no others that I have found have anywhere near the functionality)hands down. And to top it all off, actual real life support is just a click away with response times quicker than my mum on Whatsapp!

Good app so far. They finally added the Bing integration, which was really the only thing I think it was missing. Every once in a while my add account will disconnect and I'll have to go back in to reconnect it, but not really a big issue

This is an absolute must if you have a store regardless if it's online or not. Customer service is A+++ I had a issue at 1am scheduled a call at 10am you can not ask for amazing support like that. Now to the why: The program combines you total ad spend, cost of goods and operating expenses to determine your ROI. This has allowed me to make adjustments to my inventory and prices. It syncs to Aliexpress and other DS companies. You really need this program in your business. The success of your business is in the numbers. You need this best investment ever.

A great way to track your Shopify store's finances. BeProfit is able to give you insight into the business that just isn't available through the built in reporting in Shopify, and the customer service team is always very responsive if there are any questions or issues.

Must have app if you're seriously with your business. Track profit in Real Time per product, per order, per month week, etc.... Update: I forgot to mention how amazing the team is with their fast replies!

Absolutely incredible app to track your Shopify store and total company finance data on a super granular level and to have a daily update and overview. The app connects with your Shopify store, ad accounts, etc. and for other data you can enter it inside the app, e.g. your COGS. It has so many customization options! It pulls out all the data automatically to give you your data overview for your revenue, COGS, ad spend, returns, fees, etc. and give you your P&L for any time period! Great bonus us their UTM tracking feature for all your ad accounts so it solves the iOS14 tracking issue. The biggest win is honestly their customer support! There is an easy chat function which allows you to message with their support team in case of any questions! Daniel has been helping us for a while now and he's been so thorough, patient and just super helpful! Thanks to him we were able to get any open question solved and set up in the way how we needed it. Highly recommend this app so you know the numbers of your business and save yourself a ton of time and money - as you don't need to track any of this data manually anymore.
