Merchants appreciate this app for its real-time sales, expenses, and profit margin tracking. They find the interface user-friendly and the expense tracking accurate. The app's customizable features, ability to identify margin improvement areas, and real-time ad spend and ROAS tracking are highly valued. Merchants also commend the prompt and knowledgeable customer support. Despite occasional issues with calculations and subscription fees, these are quickly addressed by the support team. The app's integration with various sales channels and accurate profit margin calculations for each product make it a time-saving tool providing insightful financial data.

beprofit has a good support team but their app is not doing so well. it doesn't update my stats correctly and often glitches. I messaged their support team about this and all they could say was "sorry, our system was down and now its back up" well this happened again so i'm deleting the app. Plus now they raises the prices even though the app hasn't improved at all. The app worked well the first few months i had it but now it's gone downhill. I downloaded trueprofit today and it works perfectly and they have a mobile app so I would recommend that.

I do not trust this app. It makes changes in my settings without my permission. I also find it difficult to manage and understand.

It is important to note that by default, BeProfit cannot make any changes to your settings or your Shopify store. We would like to reiterate that this is the case, and no changes on BeProfit can affect your Shopify store.

Our app is designed to be easy to use and manage, so I am sorry that you found it difficult to understand.

Our support team has been contacting you to help with the onboarding process. You did not complete the process, which means you still lack access to your BeProfit dashboard. We would love to assist you with setting everything up so you can start taking advantage of all the benefits our app offers.
