A rudimentary app that offers simple features. I don't think it's designed for commercial-level businesses. I have to build my charts each and every time I list a new product, which is frankly redundant, tiring, and frustrating.
Plus, there's no way to save your charts, so that you can use them again—you're forced to create a chart every single time. Incredible that they weren't able to figure this out from the start. Currently looking for a replacement.

We’re currently exploring ways to add chart-saving functionalities to streamline the experience, and we hope to have updates that better suit your needs soon.

Also you can use the same size chart across multiple products, collections, and tags. If the product has the same size chart you can associate it to many different products in the app.

Applciation completely buggy, impossible to create anything, app loads continuously

Size Chart is not showing up on my website before add to cart please check asap . Install it back to normal
Hi Rishabh, we fixed the issue :)
There was a code issue that affected a small percentage of our customers that didn't have jquery installed in the theme.
We also helped you fix your other issue with the second chart displaying.

Worst app ever. Do not download! It will ruin your shop rendering it completely useless. You will loose orders and your ads budget too.
They take alot of time to reply even when your business is stopped because of their app

I am sorry you had issues with our other app Variant Option Product Options. I am sorry it took us 3 hours to reply to your email this morning. We already fixed your issue. I didn't see any emails about our size chart app and I see it working correctly on your store. If you are having any issues with our size chart app please email us and we can look into it.
***SCAM ALERT*** they are making fool with them app. Not recommend. No customer service no response. Size chart automatically disappears after few mins and suffered huge sales loss. Nor recommended.
Hi Soha, I am sorry you had issues with our app. I emailed you right when I woke up (2 hours after you sent your email)
When we looked into this everything was working correctly. We requested more information about the issue but you deleted our app before we had time to investigate the issue further.
We have over 6,000 active customers and no one else has reported this problem. This is what leads me to believe another app may have deleted our app's data.
We are just a two man team trying to make the best apps and give the best customer service.

I created dozens of size charts (partially because they don't have conversion from Inches to CM so for each chart I had to create and link two charts) through the app that were then somehow deleted. I know that they were saved because I saved each chart multiple times to see how it appeared on the product pages. I cannot tell you how gut wrenching it was to spend hours building out size charts, take a break, and come back to everything gone. I spoke to support and they had no solution for me so I had to find a different app.
I am sorry you had issues with the app Kalila. We always responded quickly to all your questions and tried our best to recover the lost data.
Since your issue we have created an export/import function so you can save a backup of our data.
We also made changes in our app to protect your data and prevent issues like this happening.
