This app has been great overall—it saved me money when I made the switch, and its features are exactly what I needed. When I first contacted support, Ben was super helpful and responsive. I even left a positive review to reflect that.
However, when I returned for further help, the experience was disappointing. Despite my earlier feedback, I was kept waiting for ages while being asked to make changes I couldn’t implement myself. The excuse given was that Ben was dealing with other customers, but it felt like I’d been deprioritised after already leaving a good review. Eventually, he did sort it out, but only after a frustrating amount of back-and-forth.
All in all, the app itself is excellent—but the support experience left a bit to be desired the second time around.
