Unfortunately, we're still getting chargebacks due to orders being flagged high risk but were not put on hold by Blox. Thanks.
We're disappointed to see that your experience with Blox hasn't been ideal. While we can't guarantee a 100% reduction in chargebacks, we want to make sure we help as much as possible and we've reached out directly to help.
The helpful insights are super easy to use for our customer support agents, and this gave us a great grip on fraudulent orders. We were able to literally get rid of all our return and replacement abusers.
Great idea for sharing blacklist across all stores using them. Hope more people use them ASAP.
However need these improvements:
1. to allow adding of customers to the blocklist via tags.
(Update: they implemented this, working)
2. Prevent blocked customers from checking out in the first place, not cancel after they paid.
