Easy to use, I love it
You can only create blogs from scratch using their templates or custom templates on using their platform. But if you already have a shopify blog setup with your own template, and metaobjects/metafields, there isn't a feature available to integrate that because Bloggle doesn't fetch from the store content. Also, the styling is ruined because the platform automatically layers their styling on top of yours. And even if you try to fix with Custom CSS classes, its quite frustrating.
But yeah, if you are just getting with you Blogs, Bloggle is great! :)

To clarify a few points:
- Importing Existing Articles: It’s possible to import your existing Shopify blog posts into Bloggle. However, some manual reformatting is usually needed to take full advantage of our editor. The good news is: you don’t need to import all your old content to use the app, you can keep your current posts as-is and start fresh only where it makes sense.
Custom Templates & Metafields: If your blog setup relies heavily on metafields, metaobjects, or custom dev work, that’s something Bloggle can’t integrate with automatically. Our app is designed to serve as a replacer of a custom built-in blog, not to adapt to that while I agree in your case it can be frustrating.
Styling Conflicts: Bloggle doesn’t overwrite your store’s CSS globally. That said, depending on your theme or custom styles, some CSS conflicts can occur on the blogs created with Bloggle. If you experience that, feel free to reach out and our support team is always happy to adjust things on our end to ensure smooth display.

If I were reviewing just the tech support I would say they are definitely 5-star and help to address any issues. There are a lot of great features as well. However, Bloggle is not as intuitive as other Shopify apps and there is a lot of back and forth between settings for text/buttons/etc that I have to go to in order to format a blog the way that I am trying to instead of just being able to edit it right there in the blog. It takes a while to really learn the platform compared to most apps. Then there is also the additional issue that blogs don't always translate to Shopify fantastically so I'm working on a template that will and have to test it, etc. The tech team is really great at responding and helping though.
