Their live chat within the website has nobody responding even though I am the only one in the chat queue, followed up many times yet still no response during the weekday; the Zendesk live chat box auto-refreshes the chat after 20 minutes of inactivity (no reply from them) so whatever I have asked is gone, and I need to start a brand new thread chat which again did not get a response and the chat auto-refreshes, the cycle continues.

I decided to reach out to them via their support email instead, been 10 days and two follow up emails, still no response.

This is why I gave a 1 star.

I've been on the hunt for a good profit analytics app for what feels like forever, and finally, I came across this new one called Bloom. I have to say, I like its appearance and how straightforward the data it offers is. Right now, I'm just patiently waiting for all my data to sync up. Can't wait to see what it unveils. The support team is also really responsive right now. :)

Analytics is great, easy to view, and tells you exactly what you need to know. Even better: the support team is super responsive and supportive. Great!
