Bloop customer service is phenomenal! I love an app that works well but I cannot stress how important customer service is when it comes to having an app you plan to use long term. It is one of the things I always take into consideration before deciding if I will continue using an app. The bloop team always gets back to my messages the next day. I specifically have spoken with Grace who was an amazing help. I was having trouble with my hundreds of products not saving to my affiliate campaign I was creating. Grace kept me in the loop of what was going on and the bloop dev team was able to work to get it resolved and taken care of for me. Overall the app itself works well for a referral program and affiliate program. Good customization features as well. It's pretty straight forward to use but if you do need help then the team is good at getting back to you and helping when you need it.
We have just started using it for our affiliate program and while it's not as robust as some it does have some pretty good features for the price. Hopefully fraud prevention will be built-in at some point. The team at Bloop has been helpful in helping us with a few minor things.

BLOOP works seamlessly with my Shopify shop. It allows me to create simple to use, customization drop down tabs in order for my customers to input their selected personalization options for apparel. I haven't had any issues with it. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends.
For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. So much so I added "BLOY".

The customer service is so helpful! The BLOOP Referral Program is so easy to set up. I do think that the email templates need tweaking to read to our tone, but the functional features of the app, smooth customer experience, and ease of use are such a high value!
Jennie and everyone are wonderful to work with, answering questions easily and quickly. We had an issue with our widget not showing up with our theme, and they jumped in right away to resolve the issue!
Bonus: I didn't realize that you could send emails to your customers to notify them about the referral program within the app! Secret sauce to be able to push out the referral invite to existing customers this way!

Really easy to set up and Jennie is so helpful. We had the icon blocking buttons on the menu which was a little tricky but they have organised to modify it so when the menu opens it disappears - top quality help and really great support could not recommend enough!

January '25 I had some issues with the app but thankfully the team came to help me with an upgrade. They are great to work with.

The app continues to work well and the customer support is fantastic.
I installed the BLOOP app a week ago and so far am happy with how it works. I had a few questions as I set it up and Jolie Nguyen was very quick to respond and even follow up. The price is good and it's exactly what my customers have been asking for.
