We have been using this app for our store for more than a year, and so far, we have never had any significant issues; even if we had a problem, they helped us quickly. My last issue was a custom URL problem, and Jennie as a supporter, and the technicians Tung Phung Viet and Ninh Nguyen Van gave us fantastic support.
I recommend this app to everyone who needs a referral app; they should use it before trying other apps.

Update: They made updates to their app. Have to check longterm but its an awesome team. Before: Its impossible to exclude certain products. The statistics were a little off too. Its impossible to translate their widgets. Really lacking some functionality unfortunately.

excelent support! they are very fast! although they changed configuratios without advising me, they corrected everything very fast and working better now.
I use the app for a simple referral program. Our customers don't need to create an account on our site or any third-party site, and that's what I wanted.
The application works well and is easily configurable.
The technical service is very reactive and found the solution to my problem of receiving emails in a very short time. Thanks to Gigi as the supporter and Viet Tung as the technician.
