Loving the BLOY app! It makes earning and redeeming rewards super simple. I earn points every time I shop or engage with the brand, and redeeming them is really easy too. Love the app! I wish there were more features such as having more manual options if someone does not shop in store, and shops in person, but overall, for a newer loyalty app, I really enjoy it and the tech support is really responsive!

After a long search, we finally found Bloy, and we couldn’t be happier!
From the very first contact, the customer support team has been incredibly helpful — quick, clear, and willing to customize certain features to perfectly fit our needs.

We launched our points and VIP tiers program about a month ago, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. The interface is intuitive both for our team and for our customers, and the integration with Shopify is seamless.

A special mention goes to the customer support, which is simply outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and always available — even with the time zone difference. You can truly feel their dedication and care.

Support has been extremely helpful with some modifications to match my theme.
I would suggest that the user be able to make these changes to colours etc in all blocks but as mentioned the team have been extremely helpful.
We are yet to promote our program but have been testing - we will see what comes of this rewards program in the near future - hopefully many good things for our business

After trying several loyalty apps, I’ve found BLOY to be by far the most useful and user-friendly! I love their VIP loyalty and points programs, they make earning rewards simple and rewarding. The app is intuitive, easy to navigate, and runs smoothly. On top of that, the tech team and customer service are always responsive, supportive, and ready to assist with any questions. Overall, BLOY makes managing rewards effortless and even enjoyable, highly recommend it!

We had to switch over to a loyalty app that integrated well with Shopify POS as most of our transactions actually happen in-store. BLOY has been such an efficient upgrade. We hit a snag with the initial csv import of customer points, but the customer service team was extremely helpful with completing the import for us. The only limitation we had in the beginning was that you couldn't do a bulk import of points for customers without an e-mail address. We had to do that manually, but after that, it was very easy for customers to earn and redeem points themselves, as well as for our staff to view customer points and redeem points through the POS - functionalities we did not have before. Very glad for this app, especially because we're running on the free tier and it's been working like a dream.

BLOY is easy to set up and my customers love that I'm able to provide a loyalty program now. All the features are fully customizable and easy to integrate into my website, I had it all set up in less than a day. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.
