We’ve been using this app for two months, and I’m very happy! The support team is amazing—Chloe has been especially helpful. The app is easy to set up, creating a program is simple, and it’s very beginner-friendly. I easily translated it into Turkish and customized it for my store. The fact that it’s free makes it even better. Highly recommend it!

I’ve been using Bloy Loyalty for a while now, and the rewards system works very well, the app is user-friendly, and it offers a wide range of customization options.

On top of that, the support team — especially Quinn — has been very nice. Highly recommend this app.

I am happy with the app so far. It seems to be working well. I have contacted support a few times with questions and help has been swift and courteous. The only thing I can think that would make it better is if points were deducted from a customer account automatically when a return/refund is processed.

Team at BLOY have been very helpful. There are a few things I would like to see.
1-Being able to download all the members through a download. We did contact BLOY and they created one for us.

2- Being able to sort the customers who are members on the customer tab.

Other than that it's working well and a positive it's FREE

I can not understand why they are so understanding. Being a little addle minded and not tech savvy, i required quite a bit of help.
Something they were very happy to give.
