I have tried all 4/5 star apps that claim to block traffic from countries. This is the only one that has worked in all countries (especially China). The others "seem" to block China, but this one, when using the extension, really does block it. If you try of those apps, then make sure that you have a few different people in China test it for you. You will find that this one when used with the extension is the only one that consistently does it.
In addition, this app has the best interface, the most options, the most complete logging and responsive support.
And their support is responsive and really complete in answers.
I've had the app for a few weeks now. It's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Goodbye bots, spammer-scammers, and VPN traffic! A neat bonus is the Shop Visitor Report, so I can see who is being blocked and what the visitors are looking at in my shop. Thank you, BoostMark.

This app works great at stopping countries from accessing your website. Many bad actors out there and this app stops them before they can access you website. You can white list, black list specific IP's as well. You can also block by IP or email if someone specifically targets your website. So far this is an awesome app!
Have used this app 7 months now.
The app works great, but beyond that, the customer support is more than excellent. I will keep working with this app as long as my shop remains open.

Thank you very much for your review. It seems that you're currently blocking access from China and your own IP address is also from China, thus blocking your own access to the website. You can your own IP to the IP whitelist and there is also another way to reslove the issue, we attempted to contact you through your registered email address on Shopify, but the email failed to send. I discovered this App after trying three other IP Blocking Apps. To me this is the best by far. It provides ease of use, special features and great details. And the price is right too. I highly recommend this app to add to your store's overall security.
Great APP, the setup is super simple, and the functionality is extremely powerful. They've thought of all the ways you might need to block visitors, and you can customize the templates and information after blocking according to your needs, which is very useful. Highly recommend.
