They patiently guided me in regards to bots attacking my checkout and what needs to be done to stop it. And after some time - the bots gave up!

In the last weeks, quite often we don't have access to the Visitors Analytics (Failed, try again). Happens that lasts a minute of ten. Besides that the app is very good. Say: 4,5 stars !

Thank you for your review. In order to maintain better performance of our app, our system backend will clean up redundant data during weekends when there are fewer online users, which may cause a delay in the response time on the app's frontend interface and result in some merchants experiencing temporary difficulty accessing the app's interface. This process usually lasts for 10 to 20 minutes. Please don't worry if you encounter a situation where the app's frontend interface cannot be opened, as the app's functionality is still operating normally during this time, but the frontend interface may not be displayed temporarily. And the APP will be back to normal in few minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

satisfied with the app overall. However looks like there may be room for improvement since I am getting an error message from time to time the last few days :"Failed, Try again". I would certainly give it a rating of 4.5 stars otherwise.

I have some issues with APP. Not very sure what happened to my store with the APP at this stage but David is offering very prompt service and offered to help.
