Would you please let us know what email address / support inbox you are referring to so we can make absolutely sure it doesn't happen again?

That being said, it looks like you only used Boardroom for 4 minutes before uninstalling the app, which I suspect means you didn't really use it at all. In light of this, are you willing to remove this review? We're a small business and a 1 star review is fairly detrimental to us. Thank you in advance!
