We were heavily affected by thousands of bots from China, Russia, and Singapore that polluted our analytics for months. Shopify’s built-in human/bot filter did almost nothing to stop this. First started using this service a couple years ago when my website was getting data scraped from bots 24/7. Most likely coinciding with all the AI training companies were beginning to do. The data scraping wrecked my suggested items widgets, preventing them from popping up. This service immediately eliminated all of those bot visits. The bot visits have slowed down recently so I reached out to customer service to adjust my plan.
