The makers of the app really listen to your feedback to release new updates!
Hopefully with this the number of bot purchases will decrease.

I'm so grateful to have found Negate - Bot Protection!

We were inundated with fraudulent orders and abandoned carts. As a result our sales reporting and traffic counts were out of wack. The d - - - bots are just a nuisance all the way around. You know this already or you wouldn't be here reading this.

As soon as we added Negate - Bot Protection the lousy bots were directed away from our site. The interface is easy and intuitive, but if you're like me and don't feel too savvy with technical things, the customer support for this app is unsurpassed. They really care! They are eager to help you make the app work for your site.

Negate - Bot Protection has earned my most sincere recommendation.

I highly recommend Negate Bot Protection for any Shopify store weather you are currently dealing with bots or even as a preventive measure for your store. They offer amazing support and are there to answer any questions and are true experts. They know how to protect your store overall as well as protect your check-out and other pages against spam and bot activity. I've been extremely impressed with their product since installing, and their customer service is world class.

It is the best app I have ever used for Shopify store security! The creators of this app really know what they are doing and go out of their way to make sure you are set up properly if you need help. Extremely easy to use and a sound investment to make if you're trying to protect your valuable advertising dollars! Highly Recommend!

After two months of trying to figure how to stop the surge of bots driving our Shopify Analytics off the charts, and our CRO below 1%, I came across Negate. Klaviyo or Shopify were of no help to protecting us and blew us off. Negate made it possible for us to eliminate the bad bots affecting our analytics and ads.

I can't say enough about Negate and the help Taylor provided us. He is easy to talk to and he cares because this is exactly what happened to him as a merchant.
Taylor took the time to educate me just how things happen and what is necessary to prevent it. Within a day we were back up running things as normal while knowing are ads are also protected.

What a great App! We shopped around and researched Bot Protection for a while. We decided to add Negate as the reviews were great and they offered a 7 day trial so we could see what all the fuss was about. Within a day we noticed a massive difference. Customer service is exceptional! Patient and knowledgeable. These guys really know their stuff and in our opinion are giving their competitors a run for their money. The analytics are easy to read and you can see quite clearly every detail of what the app is doing and how well it is performing. Set up took about 5 seconds! Thanks Negate team for looking after us and for an easy app to use :)

This app wastes money and time. Our site traffic and sales dropped precipitously while using this app, which means it blocks good bots and humans. The loss in sales far outweighs the potential savings associated with so-called clickjacking.

We're sorry that this was your perception. However a drop in sales would have been impossible given that your redirect option was turned off. This means that everyone (over your 5 day trial), including bots, still had full access to your website. With the redirect option turned off, Negate solely acts as protection for your marketing pixels by not allowing bots to trigger important events such as "view page" or "add to cart".

We'd also like to highlight that you can use the threshold slider under protection settings to control the level of protection provided by our machine learning model. This can be particularly useful if you're using the redirect option to combat card fraud or form spam. Our most recent machine learning model has a false positive rate of only 0.02% (derived from our confusion matrix results), ensuring minimal disruption to your site's legitimate traffic if you choose to have the redirect option on.

Regarding your comment about the "good bots," it's worth noting that Negate uses a stringent verification process, as outlined in each marketing platform's documentation, to identify genuine bots. If your website is receiving an unusually high number of visits from 'good bots', there may be more to the story as user agents can be easily modified.

Finally, we noticed you've left one-star reviews for several other apps. While it's important to share your experiences, we'd recommend reaching out to the support teams of these apps, including ours, before leaving negative feedback.
