I'm not sure what is better, the app or the support I received from Jalal! I have spent countless hours searching and testing apps to allow my customers to build a custom a-la-cart bundle PLUS allowing form fields through out the process for me to collect customizations to be added to the items. Now only does this app give me everything I want but the bundling process looks really great on my site, it is clean and very streamlined. It definitely has a high end look. I will be deleting all of the other apps I have tried and only use this one. I highly recommend this app!

I downloaded this app a few months ago and loved the look and feel of it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work right for my store. So, I deleted it and tried 5 more apps (probably all of the custom box builder apps available on shopify). I was not happy with any of those, and downloaded this app again. I decided to reach out to customer service to help me. I was so shocked with the help I received. Hamza fixed my tech issues almost immediately, and he was super responsive to any of my questions. I give an A+ for communication and support! Add that to the fact that the builder is of great quality, I am very excited to use this in my store for years to come.

The best box building app available on Shopify (and we explored many!) - extremely quick and helpful support - we had some quite particular requirements and Hamza sorted them out for us in a matter of a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

I used the app to help me build a customised subscription box. Had a few minor issues adding and linking products from my online store but support team were extremely helpful and even provided a quick video to ensure I was able to do this independently going forward. I've been using Shopify for over 12 months now and I almost changed platforms as I needed the website to fulfill a certain purpose... until I come across BoxBuilder! Literally the perfect app for what I need! I had an issue setting up the subscription section but Hamza helped me within 24 hours and solved it straight away!! I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for an app that thinks out of the box for your customer's ordering process!
