ci dispiace davvero leggere questa esperienza, non è il livello di supporto che vogliamo offrire.
Siamo sempre disponibili ad aiutare e prendiamo molto seriamente ogni richiesta. Se i tuoi messaggi non hanno ricevuto risposta, vogliamo capire subito cosa è successo e rimediare.
Negli ultimi mesi abbiamo reso l’app gratuita con molte funzionalità, e questo ha portato molti nuovi utenti. Stiamo lavorando per supportare al meglio tutti, anche se a volte questo può creare ritardi nel supporto.
Se sei ancora aperto a darci un’altra possibilità, sarei felice di seguirti personalmente. Possiamo anche fare una chiamata su Google Meet e configurare tutto insieme tramite condivisione schermo, così risolviamo ogni punto in modo rapido e concreto.

We’re always here to help and take every request seriously. If your messages were missed, we want to understand what happened and fix it right away.
Over the past months, we’ve made the app free with a wide range of features, which has brought in a large number of new users. We’re working hard to support everyone, although this can sometimes create delays in response times.
If you’re open to giving us another chance, I’d be happy to personally assist you. We can jump on a Google Meet and set everything up together via screen share, so we resolve everything quickly and properly.

Excellent app, the support is top-notch, they were very kind in updating the app to resolve my issue, Mike is very friendly and responds quickly.
The best option for small businesses with limited budget for apps looking for a clean way to manage brand pages with lots of brands.
We're starting with the free version but expect to use the paid version in the near future. We had a problem with the page loading correctly - Mike and team were quick to respond and resolve the issue in just a day.
Great App for Brand Pages
This app solved exactly what we needed — a fully customisable A–Z brand page that was incredibly easy to set up. The out-of-the-box templates are excellent, and the support team responds quickly to any questions. Loading speed is great, and overall, we’re really happy with the results!
Nice simple way to get a brand page on your website
Not even a 1-star. I've had the most frustrating experience with this app recently. Communication with customer service is painfully slow, taking days to get a response. Despite reporting an issue three weeks ago, it's still not fixed, and I'm left with no solution in sight. I moved onto another app which is cheaper and much easier to use. There are much cheaper and more efficient apps out there that offer far better service and functionality. Save your time and money and look elsewhere! I am waiting for the refund.

Great app and customer service helps you whenever you have an issue. Really helps you optimize your brand pages for SEO too.
Up until recently this app has been great. The past few weeks it's constantly going down. Not only does the app not display apps on our site but even trying to open the app it won't even launch. Reached out to the company and got no response. Very disappointing for this to happen on Black Friday week. I would recommend NOT USING THIS APP!

I needed to make 2 of the brands I carry non-clickable because we only sell them in-store. I emailed to see if that is possible and Mike answered and quickly solved my problem! 10/10 would recommend!
