Our company Get Back Necklaces has been using this app for nearly 8 years now. It's great! Simple to use and if you run into any issues their support team is very helpful and HUMAN! A real person will get back to you with REAL support. To us, that aspect is everything. Before getting on Brandboom, we were still taking orders over the phone from retailers and manually inputting them into quickbooks. Brandboom helped us streamline the process so our retailers can jump into the ordering platform submit an order anytime and we can fulfill asap. Give it a shot! It could be exactly what you're looking for to take your B2B channel to the next level as far as automation and simplifying process/systems.

The Brandboom Shopify app is super easy to use and makes the flow of orders seamless and inventory seamless for us. We have also used Brandboom to send presentations to media and other non-retailer businesses.
The time difference between us in Australia and support in the USA is a little troublesom, but there is ALWAYS an answer in the morning for us.

Very helpful to manage our wholesale catalog - imports products and inventory. We like the production reports and the ability to filter for order / ship date ranges as well.
I recently had a less-than-stellar experience with Brand2Boom that I feel compelled to share. Initially, their team reached out to us at Pets Paradise, expressing enthusiasm about our products and suggesting that we would be a perfect fit for their marketplace by a representative named Mark. Motivated by their positive feedback, we invested several hours filling out detailed application forms and compiling the necessary information to join their platform.
Unfortunately, after all that effort, our application was abruptly denied by a representative named Angelica Santos. The reason provided was that they were only looking for pet brands, which was both confusing and frustrating given that we were explicitly invited to apply under the impression that our pet-focused products were exactly what they wanted.
Given this experience, we have decided to continue our partnership with Faire Marketplace, where we have had consistent success and support. We also feel it's important to inform our network within the industry about our experience, to caution them about the potential miscommunications when considering Brand2Boom for their businesses.
Moving forward, we will focus on collaborations and platforms that offer clear communication and value the contributions of their partners, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship.

Brandboom is more than a marketplace, and our core service provides B2B management for sales, orders, inventory, and more that you can use daily for your customers. From that perspective, we definitely think you would be a "fit" for the platform as we have a number of customers with similar products or categories as your brand, currently using our platform for this purpose.
In terms of a marketplace for finding you buyers, we are currently able to support Men's, Women's, and Kids products, but are actively looking to help with other categories. I have an Account Manager reaching out to you regarding Pet products, as we are looking to support that in the near future.
