I recently had a less-than-stellar experience with Brand2Boom that I feel compelled to share. Initially, their team reached out to us at Pets Paradise, expressing enthusiasm about our products and suggesting that we would be a perfect fit for their marketplace by a representative named Mark. Motivated by their positive feedback, we invested several hours filling out detailed application forms and compiling the necessary information to join their platform.
Unfortunately, after all that effort, our application was abruptly denied by a representative named Angelica Santos. The reason provided was that they were only looking for pet brands, which was both confusing and frustrating given that we were explicitly invited to apply under the impression that our pet-focused products were exactly what they wanted.
Given this experience, we have decided to continue our partnership with Faire Marketplace, where we have had consistent success and support. We also feel it's important to inform our network within the industry about our experience, to caution them about the potential miscommunications when considering Brand2Boom for their businesses.
Moving forward, we will focus on collaborations and platforms that offer clear communication and value the contributions of their partners, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship.
Hello - we apologize for any issues caused and certainly not our intention to cause confusion. Brandboom is more than a marketplace, and our core service provides B2B management for sales, orders, inventory, and more that you can use daily for your customers. From that perspective, we definitely think you would be a "fit" for the platform as we have a number of customers with similar products or categories as your brand, currently using our platform for this purpose.
In terms of a marketplace for finding you buyers, we are currently able to support Men's, Women's, and Kids products, but are actively looking to help with other categories. I have an Account Manager reaching out to you regarding Pet products, as we are looking to support that in the near future.
At first I didn’t figure it out much, but the support helped, plus on top of all this it’s very convenient because you don’t need to create products again, they can be transferred automatically very well, photos are loaded very well, also the quantity of goods is price, it’s super convenient and cuts the work in half, so I recommend it 100%, you just need to figure it out indeed, it doesn’t work out the first time on the Internet, there are not too many instructions, but with the help of support and several attempts you can very well get two websites working at the same time while reducing your work, you can also generate a buyer list and orders all in one, this is also convenient for this you can also learn
I love this app, it makes separating our inventory between multiple brands and online/wholesale so easy. The customer service is very reliable and responsive to all my questions. Been waiting for an app like this for a long time and I'm not looking back!
I have used Brandboom as my wholesale platform for over 8 years now, without integration from shopify, as a beta tester for the shopify integration app I was thrilled with this shopify app. Now I have been using for over a year now and can't be more happy with this integration. It now allows me to import directly from shopify to Brandboom saving time and not having to make duplicate listings. I have used many wholesale software apps in shopify and thIs is by far the best simply because Brandboom is one of the best wholesale platforms on the market today. Now with this shopify wholesale integration it is the best. From line sheets, live customer service, shipping and taking payments run don't walk to add this app you will be so happy you did.
The wholesale app has been extremely beneficial for a quick and easy integration with Shopify as well as simple for our wholesale partners to use. The initial training and setup is minimal and user friendly. There are many design capabilities to quickly export line sheets and order forms with ease. Additionally, the Brandboom team is always willing to look into updates/changes to better serve their customers.
I struggled early on with the product and service provided, but the team at BB came through, providing consistent follow-up and support to our needs.

Hello - we're sorry that the integration between Shopify and Brandboom didn't operate as you had hoped. Regarding the separate billing issue, simply uninstalling the Brandboom App would've triggered a pro-rata refund. We didn't see any of this activity logged on your Shopify account for some reason. Nevertheless, we've actioned a refund.
We started using Brandboom at the beginning of business and their platform is super straightforward and easy to navigate. The support team is great and they help answer your questions quickly.
