A real person will get back to you with REAL support. To us, that aspect is everything. Very helpful to manage our wholesale catalog - imports products and inventory. We like the production reports and the ability to filter for order / ship date ranges as well.

I have used Brandboom as my wholesale platform for over 8 years now, without integration from shopify, as a beta tester for the shopify integration app I was thrilled with this shopify app. Now I have been using for over a year now and can't be more happy with this integration. It now allows me to import directly from shopify to Brandboom saving time and not having to make duplicate listings. I have used many wholesale software apps in shopify and thIs is by far the best simply because Brandboom is one of the best wholesale platforms on the market today. Now with this shopify wholesale integration it is the best. From line sheets, live customer service, shipping and taking payments run don't walk to add this app you will be so happy you did.
