This app could have been great. The functionality is decent. However, any potential benefit was completely overshadowed by the worst customer service experience I've encountered.
Specifically, dealing with them was a nightmare.
"Customer service" is a misnomer in this case. Expect delays, misinformation, and a general disregard for your time. If you value your sanity, steer clear. I've uninstalled the app and will be seeking a competitor. It's a shame, really, because the app itself isn't terrible. But one incompetent representative can ruin everything. Don't waste your time & Money.. I already did and Uninstalled the App.
