From their seamless integration, to their fast fulfilment and delivery of products ordered, their efficiency is unrivalled. Terrible experience. The app doesn’t work properly on Shopify — you can’t even click on products to see their descriptions before importing. The interface is confusing; instead of selecting what you want to import, you have to remove what you don’t want, which is very inconvenient.

Worse, there’s a serious glitch: you can’t import more than 24 products. When you try to add more, the ones you already imported disappear from your shop. I contacted support, but the customer service was unhelpful and still insisted on charging the subscription fee even though the app doesn’t function properly.

There are plenty of better, more reliable suppliers out there. I don’t recommend this app at all.
