As someone new to starting a business, I did a lot of research before choosing BrandsGateway. Based on Google reviews, everything looked very positive and promising. However, my experience after signing up has been very different and quite disappointing.

Despite paying for the luxury plan, the support is extremely limited. There is no phone support, and every time I scheduled a meeting, it was canceled. This made it very difficult to get guidance, especially as a beginner who needed more hands-on help.

Another major issue is pricing. The product costs are too high to compete effectively in the market, leaving very little room for profit compared to other suppliers.

Additionally, they do not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which results in unexpected extra costs. For example, one of my orders included multiple additional fees (disbursement, duty forwarding, tariffs, etc.), increasing the total significantly beyond the initial subtotal.

They also do not provide proper support for essential e-commerce tasks such as product mapping, color variants, or meta descriptions. Instead, they promote third-party services like Lemen.dev, which adds even more cost and complexity for new sellers.

What’s also frustrating is that the company promotes itself heavily on platforms like YouTube, creating high expectations. But the actual service does not match that level of marketing.

Overall, my experience has been unfortunate. Especially for new business owners, this service lacks the support, pricing structure, and transparency needed to succeed. I would not recommend it.

Really happy with BrandsGateway so far. The integration with Shopify is smooth and saves a lot of time, especially with product uploads and inventory updates. The product range feels premium and fits perfectly with a luxury fashion store.

Also, their support team has been quick and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a solid app if you’re serious about building a high-end dropshipping store.

I absolutely love BrandsGateway! Their support team is amazing — always quick to respond and super helpful. Emilija has helped me a lot, both through live meetings and email support. The app itself is very well structured, and the product sync works flawlessly. It’s so easy to choose what you want and then just click synchronize. I also love the products — great quality and beautiful selection!

They also host webinars from time to time, usually hosted by Michael, where you can ask questions and get really valuable insights — a great bonus for anyone running a fashion dropshipping store.

Based on our few hours of testing, we cannot recommend this app. Our experience suggests the developer is money motivated, more focused on collecting subscriptions than caring for client needs. This is evident from the app's critical shortcomings and the developer's refusal to issue a refund.
The app lacks essential features, failing to handle product variants correctly (causing duplicate listings) and missing necessary fields for proper descriptions. In its current state, it is not a viable solution for a serious business. Furthermore, support becomes unacceptably slow once they have your payment. Seek out a reputable developer who offers a trial period and has a fair refund policy—they understand you can't evaluate an app without testing it.

Very Satisfied with BrandsGateway. After attending two webinars, I decided to open my Shopify store and chose BrandsGateway as my dropshipping partner. Starting from scratch isn’t easy, but their support, app, and product selection have truly impressed me. I feel I have a reliable partner by my side. I look forward to continuing our collaboration!

I am keep opening the ticket that even though, I am using right margins and recommended by Brands Gateway then still Products are listing on very lower prices. I keep opening ticket but, they are keep closing the ticket and showing the calculations etc. Beware of App. You keep loosing money here because their suggested process are not one goes on your website unless you go and manually change of all 33,000 products.
