Our typical response time is 24–48 hours during our working days and hours. We do not operate on weekends, which can sometimes extend the overall turnaround time depending on when a request is submitted.

High quality app and high quality customer service. Pricing automatics are not the easiest I have seen with other suppliers but still manageable.
I am tired of the problems with this application. I am supposed to pay one thousand nine hundred dollars for professionals, not to lose my nerves. I have been exhausted unnaturally. I did everything I could and followed all the instructions, yet the technical problems have not ended since January 21, and I am still stuck with them. I paid professionals to have peace of mind, but unfortunately, I found otherwise. If the problem is not solved, the loss is enough for me. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription. Thank you for this bad experience.

This was explained in detail both by our support team and within the app itself, where guidance and in-app messages clarify that imports are based on the filters selected at the time of import.

I absolutely love BrandsGateway! Their support team is amazing — always quick to respond and super helpful. Emilija has helped me a lot, both through live meetings and email support. The app itself is very well structured, and the product sync works flawlessly. It’s so easy to choose what you want and then just click synchronize. I also love the products — great quality and beautiful selection!
They also host webinars from time to time, usually hosted by Michael, where you can ask questions and get really valuable insights — a great bonus for anyone running a fashion dropshipping store.
