Their latest "solution" asks me to pay double my original price to regain lost features, with a pressure-inducing 24-hour deadline.

I'm currently discussing these practices with Shopify, as I believe they violate platform standards. I strongly advise other store owners to be extremely cautious with this app. Read the fine print carefully and be prepared for unexpected service and pricing changes.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this app. There are better alternatives available that respect their users and maintain ethical business practices. What could have been a valuable tool has instead become a prime example of how not to treat customers.
