We have been with Brightpearl since 2016, initially using the platform as to consolidate purchasing and online platforms.
Since then the functionality of the system has done nothing but grow along side our business and become more invaluable each year.
Recommended to businesses both large and small.
As a small company entering the scale up phase, we realised in 2024 that we need to move away from excel based order/inventory management to a ERP solution that could grow with the company. Although cost was an important factor for us, the approach towards explaining how Brighpearl could be a good fin for us, not only short, but long term, made it easy for us to conclude. With multiple warehouses, channels operating globally we are very happy with the excellent support from the Brightpearl team, especially Sam and Mike, with a super responsive and solution oriented support team.
We’ve been using Brightpearl for the past 3–4 years and have been extremely happy with the platform. It’s played a key role in streamlining our operations, particularly as we manage both D2C and B2B channels.
The system has helped us bring more structure and efficiency to our workflows, giving us better visibility and control as we’ve grown.
A big part of our positive experience has been the support team. Mike, our account manager, has been incredibly helpful—proactive, encouraging, and always suggesting new practices that genuinely add value to our business. Saphron has also been fantastic whenever we’ve needed additional support with integrations—responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
Overall, Brightpearl has been a reliable and valuable partner for our operations.
We are coming up on our one year with Bright Pearl, and it has become an integral tool in our ability to grow and develop the business.
Our tech stack (Shopify, ShipHero, Bright Pearl, and QuickBooks) required multiple connectors and integrations to work together, which is no small undertaking. We worked with Carmen Vasquez throughout our Bright Pearl implementation, and her availability and support made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. She was present when we needed her, issues were resolved quickly, and the training was practical and genuinely useful.
The post-implementation support has been just as solid. There are always workflows you don't know you need until you're actually live, and as I bring them up they are addressed in a reasonable timeframe with no chasing required.
If you're considering Bright Pearl, especially with a complex integration, the team is knowledgeable and responsive.
Brightpearl is a really helpful middleman for multichannel eCommerce and potential in person retail locations. The mapping in the shopify app is pretty straightforward to follow and they now allow for order editing to flow through the platform.
Implementation was relatively straightforward with in house support at every step along the way. The APIs available give really good extensibility to anything custom you might need. There are a couple of shortfalls in the API that I'd love to see added, namely adjusting delivery addresses and I'd love to see more operational automation on the supply side in the system, but otherwise it provides a really helpful oversight layer across all channels and makes batch order management super easy regardless of the source of the order. We currently have 6 shopify stores, 5 amazon channels, etcy and hubspot all integrated on the order side and plenty of additional back office integrations too.
This is a great integration for a great ERP system capable of handling many moving parts and being the backbone of our Tech stack and automated processing. Operationg B2B and B2C channels along with some integrations with marketplaces. Highly recoment brightpearl for a growing business. The whole team are very helpful.
We have been using Brightpearl since before I joined the company. Overall it satisfies most of our needs for PO management and order fulfilment. Shortcomings are a lack of visibility of changes made to the PO and SO lines, and there is no way to bundle multiple POs into a single shipment easily, or sea which POs are currently on sea.
Other than that, we can recommend Brightpearl.
The Brightpearl app is really solid and complete and allows you to connect very deeply to Shopify.
It also allows you to operate efficiently the Shopify POS sales in a dedicated channel in Brigthpearl and the B2B sales as well.
We have been using Brightpearl for 4-5 years now and have been very pleased with the platform overall. As a growing company with multiple warehouse locations and Shopify storefronts, the ability to configure automation rules in a way that supports and optimizes our sales workflows has been especially valuable. Brightpearl Support is consistently responsive and helpful, and our account managers, Bailey and Alex, are always prompt and great to work with. Overall, it has been a strong fit for our operational needs!
This app has been a huge help in streamlining our business. It keeps our stock accurate across all B2C channels, which has genuinely been a lifesaver for us since installing Brightpearl a few years ago. It's reliable, saves us time, cuts down on errors, and makes day-to-day operations much easier.
