This app has been a huge help in streamlining our business. It keeps our stock accurate across all B2C channels, which has genuinely been a lifesaver for us since installing Brightpearl a few years ago. It's reliable, saves us time, cuts down on errors, and makes day-to-day operations much easier.
Brightpearl has been an integral part of our tech stack for years now and we wouldn't have had the growth we have seen in the last few years without them. Implementation was a breeze and the team have been extremely supportive and reactive to our needs. The automation engine has been a huge help with some of our more complex/specific requirements and having the vast array of triggers in combination with Shopify flow has enabled us to be reactive and process orders quicker without the need for complex order routing rules. Having the ability to see not only daily orders and sales come through but also being able to analysis the P&L direct with the ERP helps with making effective decisions to the daily operations of the business.
Brightpearl have been very professional since our initial enquiry to implementation to day to day use of the platform. On boarding was very easy and they were very accommodating. The integration with shopify and ship theory is fantastic. We also use it as our accounting software, this isn't quite as user friendly as other accounting systems, however, they reporting aspects are great
Very buggy app. Was told by sales team that we could add new items on shopify then have them import into brightpearl. Now being told that this can cause duplicate items to be created and is not recommended.

We had very complex set of requirements from a new epos/rms/wms and Brightpearl ticked the boxes where others fell short. Sales/Tech support/onboarding teams were very thorough in ensuring we could achieve everything we needed before we committed to an agreement. They came good on their promises, obviously there are always some teething issues with such a big change, however, their technical support has been 1st class. The system has revolutionised how we manage our stock, hugely streamlining how we pick, pack and ship orders.

Brightpearl has been an asset for managing the growth and development of our business for a number years now.
We have various complex workstreams, multiple locations, sales channels and product types that brightpearl manages with ease and simplicity.
The reporting capabilities are excellent and are a real asset to platform too. Lastly, their customer service and dev teams are always quick to respond and provide solutions when it comes to any issues or new projects.

We have been using Brightpearl for over 5 years now and it has been an integral tool in our ability to grow and develop the business. Using the automation we have been able to automate and streamline many heavily manual taks, streamlining and refining daily workflows. We have a complex inventory that also incorporates own manufacture that Brightpearl helps us manage without breaking a sweat. The support team are always there to help when needed, and account managers are active in helping develop our relationship with Brightpearl enabling us to succeed.

We signed on with Brightpearl over 3 years ago before they were acquired by Sage. We've been overall very happy with Brightpearl. We have multiple brands, two warehouse locations, and various sales channels where we sell our products, which results in complex order workflows at times. Brightpearl's automation rules have been a huge help to us in letting us configure how orders flow through the system. Brightpearl has allowed us to better manage our inventory and centralize reporting for all of our sales channels.
I do think there could be some improvement made to the integration with Shopify but it's not a deal breaker for us. For example, your products have to be built separately in each system instead of having the ability to build a product in one system and have it transfer over to the other. There also isn't a good workflow for making order edits in Shopify and having that transfer over to Brightpearl. The product improvements seem to have slowed down since Sage's acquisition but we are hopeful to see more improvements coming soon!

Please reach out to the Support team to help them understand what you believe is missing, they can work with you to submit a feature request to the product team. This helps them understand what features our customers are looking to have developed further!
We've been with Brightpearl since 2014. It handles inventory so well that often you forget how much it does behind the scenes. For me, the best thing is that all information is in one place which is great if you're trying to manage a business remotely.
I have 2 gripes. Please could you sort reporting dates so they start at the current year instead of defaulting to the year 2000. It's so tedious if you're producing multiple reports.
The second thing I would like to see is to be able to select weekly reports based on week numbers. I would think this especially useful in retail.
These are only minor irritations and it does everything very well indeed. If you need any help, the support team are very helpful.
