They force you to pay 1 year up front. I tried it out and have gotten zero partnerships. Very quiet and inactive platform. Save your money.
We offer a free plan, as well as monthly and yearly plans, used by thousands of customers. No one is forced to pay for a plan, especially a yearly one—you chose the yearly plan for the discounts. You've been with us for less than 3 months, and I see you already have one retailer attempting to sell your products. Buddify provides a platform to showcase your products, but it’s up to brands to choose whether to resell or buy wholesale. Being proactive is key, but I noticed you haven’t engaged with other brands yet. We're sorry things didn’t meet your expectations, but much of your feedback is inaccurate.
We were charged a week early due to notifying buddify of a services cancelation inquiry & never received any accommodation using the app.
We use Shopify as our payment service, so we do not directly charge our customers. Instead, Shopify collects Buddify charges along with your monthly Shopify invoice. You activated your subscription on July 18th and it was invoiced on August 12th along with your Shopify monthly fee, collected by Shopify. In fact, you were charged three weeks later than most other apps would have charged. While we're having difficulty pinpointing the issue, we understand that some customers might need to vent, and that's perfectly okay.
Extremely expensive!
You are currently using our free plan, and our paid plans start as low as $1per month when paid annually. Could you please provide some comparisons to clarify which app you find Buddify to be extremely expensive in relation to?

Joke. I need to give 35% discount on my products in order to let others sell it. My profit margin is sometimes less than that so I'm literally giving my products away for free or even top it up from my pocket

Our commitment has been to offer competitive pricing lower than that of similar apps in our field. This approach is designed to empower small and medium-sized brands with a comprehensive set of features, enabling their success even on limited budgets. This has been our mission from the outset.
It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about our pricing structure. I want to clarify that our business model does not involve generating revenue at your clients' expense.
Realistically, achieving billionaire status would require 15-20 million paying Shopify stores subscribing to our app. Until such a milestone is reached, our focus remains steadfast on hard work and the collective success of all brands on our platform.
