In theory, this is a great app and a great concept. It is really great to be able to sell other people's products and them, your products. However, on the whole, I have been disappointed with the app. After several months, it still hasn't lived up to it's promise in terms of sales. Since there was no trial period, I was a little reluctant to use it to begin with, and now it looks like I may have been right. Buddify has great customer service and tech support, but, I have found that, if you have questions about other sellers products, and reach out to those respective sellers, many of them don't even respond, which is also not helpful.

By offering this discounted rate, we aim to ensure that every brand has ample time to benefit from the exposure and discoverability that Buddify provides. We have seen that spending an extended period with Buddify increases the chances of brands being discovered and ultimately leading to successful sales.

We are glad to hear that you have had positive interactions with our customer service and tech support teams. However, we understand your frustration regarding the lack of responsiveness from some of the sellers. Lot's of flexibility and support on set-up David was very helpful on ensuring we had the best start!

Haven't had the app for an extended period so difficult to review performance of ROI at this stage - hence the 4 star.
