I'm SO HAPPY with this app! I literally tell all my founder friends in Shopify Facebook groups to get it now - not for referral credits or anything, just because it's such a lifesaver! I had tried GemPages, Pagefly, Shogun, you name it. I can from the worlds of WordPress and Webflow so I felt like I got zapped back to 2003 when I tried to build cool things in Shopify. Shogun was the closest but still felt restrictive. And, the cost grows so quickly if you are not a small store. With Builder.io I can very quickly and easily spin up super custom landing pages and have changed our entire web presence in ways that give customers a better experience + improve conversions. Plus, it has very sophisticated features like on-page a/b testing, personalization, and heatmaps. As I've built I've run into a few bugs (they are a solid platform but newer to the Shopify ecosystem) but their customer service team is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is literally my favorite Shopify app, and something that the Shopify ecosystem has needed for a long time.

BEST APP ON SHOPIFY!

Been looking for a solid page builder for quite some time. Tried a lot of others and was also left a little disappointed. Builder has so many incredible features and the support team is A+. Super helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Builder has been excellent for improving the speed, functionality and looks of our site. Strongly recommend it for anybody looking to level up their site design.

Easy-to-use page builder. Great onboarding experience. UX is similar to Figma/Webflow, so if you have experience with these apps, you won't find it hard to start off with Builder. Hands-on support, who can even record a video for you on how to reach your specific design goal.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I had an issue with one of the product pages once I clicked on published it messed up the source of the page and published instead the shopify template instead of builder template. So I contact LOGAN in the support. He said he know what the issue was and that he will fix it. He turned off safe mode which is a safety feature to protect your work before publishing, then I don’t know what he did but he ended up messing 3 additional product pages!! I contacted my web developer to fix what Logan messed up and my web developer looked at it and said he even somehow deleted the HISTORY of that page which means it cannot be recovered! The web developer rate is $199 per page = 4 pages total $796! Is it fair for me to pay that amount for a mistake that Logan did on my website? I will keep everyone updated here on how builder is planning to fix this issue and if they are willing to fix it! If they are I will update this review!

The Builder.io platform is nothing but AMAZING!!! We don't have a developer on our team, so we hire freelancers when we need to build a page or landing page. Working with Builder, we built landing pages, A/B test them, see heat maps, and basically, all our marketing and UX dreams in one place. This must-have platform for any company that understands the user experience is science and never-ending tests and improvement.
This is freedom for any marketing and UX teams!

This app is great if you want a drag and drop builder for Shopify stores that can supplement your theme. It is also great for building sections for Shopify Store 2.0. We used Builder for more than a year and liked it.

My biggest complaint is the pricing. It is too expensive for what is offered (I was on the old pricing at $80/month), especially when you are charged for 4 seats in the basic plan. I wish there was a way to opt out of those additional seats for small businesses, because I don't need 4 users. $80 is really pushing it as it is for a small business. That's why we've decided to cancel. We'll save $960/year, which is huge for a small business like ours.

So, good app, but the pricing model is ridiculous. Maybe if we could have paid for only 1 user we'd have stayed.

By far the best builder on the store. Don't waste your time on anything else. You're able to create custom, repeatable sections, but also customize as much as you'd like – beyond any other builder I've ever seen.

The support is pretty good and the price is very competitive for the offering, but I've encountered many issues and it's just not as easy as it could be. The default options for product and collection page sections need a LOT of editing until they look half decent, and the data bindings are way overcomplicated. Heaps of potential for this app but just not there yet for us.

Your app is not letting me install it. It takes me round and round the installation process. Please assist us. I've tried contacting you - nothing.
