I was struggling with trying to add and remove discount codes from a discount that gets used hundreds of times a day. So, I was very nervous and making the changes. I delayed doing this for so long because I was afraid of doing it incorrectly. I finally decided I had to do it, so reached out to support. Traian was amazing and gave me step-by-step instructions so I was not worried to get this done. The app and the support are phenomenal!

Great app, very easy to use. Customer service is first class, I had a minor issue due to my own mistake and the CS representative was so helpful and responsive, we got it all sorted in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use Bulk Bunny for all our batch discounts going forward!

Very happy with this app! We've run many campaigns with it now. We set up the discount exactly the way we want to in the normal Shopify admin, then BulkBunny just adds the generated codes. Simple.

While simple is good, we do appreciate the ability to specify the formatting of the codes! We've done that every time. Exporting the codes was never a problem, and we've done that every time too, in order to get them into our email provider.

What really clinched it for us was when we needed to add some more codes to an already existing set and it was a snap to do.

I can't speak about their support as I've never needed to talk to them; it's always just worked!
