Updates to collections on the store are not reflected on Ablestar right away. Overall, a very useful app
It's so handy, and I use it almost daily. The only downside is the price, but I can't find a better alternative, if I'm honest. Worth it if you have a few extra $$$

Had some issues with the app, after some time and help from the developer we managed to resolve the issues. Happy to say we are now using the app again on a daily basis and so far the bugs have been fixed. Good customer service from the guys here! Highly reccomended
Lots of potential. But every-time I make temporary changes, it never reverts back to the old pricing. This has happened almost EVERY time. Really frustrating.. considering this is supposed to save me time

I'm very sorry you're having problems with the prices on your store. We want the app to be the fastest and safest way to manage product data on Shopify and I understand how frustrating it can be when something as important as pricing doesn't work as expected.
Because pricing is so important the app keeps a record all price changes, even those changed outside of the app. If you can get back to us with some of the details we asked about we can look through the logs to see what's going on.
Additionally you mentioned that pricing issues persisted after you stopped making edits with our app so it's possible another app or integration is causing issues. If you reply to our message we can check with Shopify support to figure out who is causing those changes.

Great app! I wish there were more options for inventory sync. The max plan only allows for 10 syncs per day, for $120/month. I wish the lower plans had an add-on option for inventory sync. We do not need all of the other features in the $120 plan. Ideally, I would like the inventory sync to start over each time it finishes a cycle.
I would also like to be able to do more than one search and replace at a time. I would like to change all H1 headings to H4 in all product descriptions. I would like to run a process of replacing and simultaneously. However, editing to ends up changing all text to and deletes the trailing tags. Instead, I have to export, edit in CSV, then import. It's not a dealbreaker. It would just make life a little easier to be able to make more than one edit at the same time.
This app worked great and really helped me with my mfg. pricing updates. Saved me days of valuable time and resources.
Looked a good app but couldnt bulk edit barcodes that I needed removing.
